Client: Kelowna Homes Team

Kelowna Homes Real Estate Team needed a new trademarked logo that would be strong, simply stated and stand out on all their social media platforms. They also needed to create a Buyer package that would be beneficial for newcomers to the area.

The resulting icon was inspired by a rooftop, is simply stated, minimalistic and bold, and can easily be printed or embroidered on clothing and used as a profiles on all their social platforms. The icon is identifiable, memorable and worked well with all of their existing brand elements.

The Buyer Guide was carefully created with KHT’s vision, as a bright, easy to read visual guide that distinguished their team from others and was a hit for new buyer clients in the Kelowna area.
